Developean Consultancy Service is looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads, and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, wed like to meet you.
- Recruiting through job portals combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships and referrals.
- End to End recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, interviewing, target Hunting, negotiating, and recruiting candidates.
- Understanding of IT skills.
- Conducting the first round of telephonic interviews for the candidates to schedule interviews.
- Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
- Must be a self-motivated, results-driven professional with good communication skills. Use effective resourcing strategies such as Job Portals (Naukri, Linkedin, indeed), and Internet sourcing.
- Screen and evaluate candidate communication skills, confidence level, and work.
- Work as an individual contributor and close positions of different levels.
- Creating and maintaining a potential database.
- Understanding of current technologies and upgrading of new technologies.
- Taking updates on offers and confirmations.
- Willing to join immediately or within 15 days.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.

- 2 – 5 Year Experience candidates can apply for the same.
- Masters of Business Administrator in Human Resource
